The Go All In Promotion (the "Promotion") consists of a sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") and a daily instant win game (the "Instant Win Game" or "Game") as described below.

  1. Eligibility:

    The Promotion is open to: legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older and the age of majority in their state or territory of residence at the time of entry ("Eligible Person/Entrant"). Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and agents of Ferrero U.S.A., Inc. ("Sponsor"), Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC d/b/a Advantage Unified Commerce ("Administrator"), and each of their parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, prize providers, and advertising, promotion and other agencies and all other service agencies involved with the Promotion, and members of the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household of each such employee (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or win.

    This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

  3. Promotion Entry Period/Sweepstakes Entry Period/Instant Win Game Entry Period:

    The Promotion consists of a Sweepstakes and a Game. The Promotion begins on April 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time U.S. ("ET") and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Entry Period").

    The Sweepstakes consists of a weekly drawing and a Grand Prize drawing. The grand prize drawing runs for the full duration of the Promotion Entry Period. The weekly entry periods run from Wednesday at 12:00:00 AM ET through Tuesday at 11:59:59 PM ET, except for the final week, which will run for ten (10) days, from 7/22/26 through 7/31/26. There will be 17 Sweepstakes weekly entry periods as follows.

    All entries must be received during the Promotion Entry Period to be valid.

  4. How to Enter the Sweepstakes:

    There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Entry Period as follows:

    • (1) To enter via purchase: Purchase two (2) different eligible Ferrero branded products, which includes the brands of Wells Enterprises, Inc. (each, a "Ferrero Brand"). Each Ferrero Brand must have a unique UPC code to be eligible. After purchase, using your mobile device, scan the QR code on specially-marked Promotion packages or visit www.goallinandwin.com by 11:59:59 PM ET on 7/31/26, and register by providing your full name, email address & any other required information. Entrant will be prompted to scan the UPC code from two (2) different Ferrero Brands. Upon successful completion, Entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing and one (1) entry into the corresponding Weekly Entry Period Drawing (as determined by the date the entry was completed, not the date(s) on which the products were purchased). All Ferrero Brands are eligible for entry into this Sweepstakes, excluding any products sold in restaurants or food service establishments and which do not have a unique UPC code. You must purchase and scan the codes of two different and distinct Ferrero Brands in order to receive one (1) entry. All entry steps, including purchases, must be made during the Sweepstakes Entry Period to be valid.
    • PURCHASE NOT REQUIRED FOR ENTRY. (2) To enter without purchase/for free: hand print your full name, complete address, email address, telephone number, and age on a postcard and mail it to: Go All In Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 5018, Dept. 13783, Stacy, MN 55078-5018 to receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing and one (1) entry into the corresponding Weekly Entry Period Drawing. All Weekly Entry Period mail-in entries must be postmarked by the Online Entry Deadline date set forth above and received by the corresponding date set forth above; all mail-in entries must be postmarked July 31, 2026 and received by August 6, 2026. Each mail-in entry must be in a separate postmarked outer envelope. No photocopies, facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, or postage due entries or mail. Entries become the property of Sponsor and none will be returned.

    LIMIT: An Entrant may receive up to one hundred seventy (170) entries into the Grand Prize drawing during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and up to ten (10) entries into each Weekly Entry Period drawing regardless of method of entry. Non-winning entries from one Entry Period will roll over into subsequent Entry Periods, if applicable.

    Individuals who do not follow all of the instructions, provide the required information in their registration form, and/or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified. Other entry methods than those outlined above are void and will not receive entry.

    How to Participate in the Instant Win Game:

    During the Promotion Entry Period, visit www.goallinandwin.com ("Website") and provide your email address. After you press "Submit", you will receive a Game play ("Game Play"). If you complete your Game Play at a randomly selected winning time and date (as determined by Sponsor) or if no one completes a play at that time and you are the first to complete a Game Play thereafter (as determined by Sponsor), you will be a potential Instant Win Game prize winner. Potential winners must follow all instructions provided to claim their prize. Prizes are subject to verification of eligibility, compliance with the Official Rules, and a valid winning Game Play. Incomplete prize claims will not be processed.

    Two hundred (200) Instant Win Game prizes will be randomly seeded per Day (defined as each calendar day, starting at 12:00:00 am ET and ending at 11:59:59 pm ET on the same day), except on 7/4/26, when up to two hundred fifty (250) prizes will be seeded. Sponsor makes no guarantee that such amount of prizes will be awarded per Day, as such is determined by the number of Game Plays per Day. A total of 24,450 potential Instant Win Game prizes are available during the Promotion Entry Period, which shall only be awarded if there is a Game Play after such prize's winning time seed. There is a maximum of one (1) Game Play per person/email address per Day.

    Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification. Entrants may not enter with multiple e-mail addresses nor may Entrants use any other device or artifice to enter multiple times or as multiple Entrants. Any Entrant who attempts to enter with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities, or uses any device or artifice to register multiple times will be disqualified and forfeits any and all prizes won, in Sponsor's sole discretion. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same e-mail address. Should multiple users of the same e-mail account enter the Promotion and a dispute thereafter arises regarding the identity of the Entrant, the authorized account holder of said e-mail account at the time of entry will be considered the Entrant. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. An individual must enter on their own behalf. An individual may not enter for someone else. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the Authorized Account Holder.

  5. Sweepstakes Winner Selection, Odds, and Promotion Winner Verification:

    • Grand Prize Drawing: On or about 8/17/26, the Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
    • Weekly Entry Period Drawings: On or about the dates listed above, the Sponsor will randomly select one (1) winner from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

    Odds of winning a Sweepstakes prize depend on the number of eligible entries received; odds of winning an Instant Win Game prize depend on the number of eligible entries received and the order in which they were received. Potential winners will be notified via email, telephone, or mailing address provided at entry. All winner notifications and related communications will be provided in English only. Potential Prize winners may be required to verify their email and/or mailing address within 72 hours of notification.

    Promotion Winner Verification: All potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor and/or Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding. If a potential winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, if any attempted notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, if any required documents are not returned within the required number of days, if a potential winner cannot be verified, or if a potential winner is otherwise unable or unwilling to accept and claim the prize as stated, then the potential winner may be disqualified and the prize may be forfeited in Sponsor's sole discretion.

    In no event will the Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated maximum number of prizes, including Instant Win Game prizes. Return of any prize as undeliverable will result in disqualification and forfeiture of prize. Sponsor and/or Administrator are not responsible for any change of or any incorrect or invalid email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of Entrants. Sponsor and/or Administrator are not responsible for any prize shipment that is damaged, lost, stolen, delayed, or otherwise impacted in transit or upon delivery.

    Potential Sweepstakes' winner will be required to sign and return a Declaration/Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and will be required to complete any applicable tax forms, and except where prohibited, Publicity Release ("Declaration") within 72 hours of notification. If a potential Sweepstakes' winner fails to return the completed Declaration within 72 hours of notification attempt, or if notification is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential Sweepstakes' winner is deemed ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, then potential Sweepstakes' winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, Sponsor may award the unclaimed prize to an alternate potential winner.

  6. Prizes:

    Sweepstakes Prizes:

    • Grand Prize (1): One (1) verified Grand Prize winner will receive one million dollars ($1,000,000) awarded either as a bank check payable in the winner's name or via wire transfer, at the Sponsor's discretion, at Sponsor's discretion. Prize will be awarded in U.S. Dollars. Winner may be required to provide routing & bank account information for an FDIC-insured bank located in the United States. Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
    • Weekly Prizes (1 Per Entry Period): Each verified Weekly Entry Period winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries (mail and online entries will be combined; all non-winning entries from previous weeks will carry forward). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each weekly prize is $4,000. ARVs are as of the date of printing of these Official Rules. Differences, if any, between the stated value and the value at time of notification will not be awarded. Weekly Prize winners may choose one (1) of four options:
      1. Travel Package: A $4,000 travel services gift certificate. Trip for two (2) people (winner plus guest) to Italy, England, Brazil, France or Spain. Winner to choose location (based on availability). All travel must be completed by 12/31/27. Gift certificate may be used towards travel services including but not limited to: air transportation, hotel accommodations, car rental (eligible drivers only, subject to car rental terms & conditions), tours/excursions. All travel subject to availability. Black-out dates & additional restrictions may apply. Once booked, no changes permitted. Winner responsible for all travel documents & any travel requirements based on country eg visa, passport, fingerprinting, international driver's license. Up to $500 may be used as a spending allowance which will be awarded in the form of a check payable in US Dollars in the name of the winner or a pre-paid debit card. If travel guest is a minor, winner must be a parent or legal guardian of minor guest & must accompany minor on all travel. Winner will not receive frequent flyer or rewards points.
      2. Set-up, installation & assembly as required is not included.
      3. Fan Cave Makeover: Fan Cave Makeover includes: Octane Flash home theater seating (row of 2 straight), a Samsung 65" Smart TV (Model QN65S84FAEXZA), a Samsung Soundbar with subwoofer & rear speakers (Model HW-QS750F/ZA) and an Insignia™ mini fridge (Model NS-CF49BMSS2). Setup, installation and assembly as required is not included.
      4. $4,000 Cash Option: $4,000.00 cash Awarded as a check or wire transfer to winner's bank account. US Dollars. Winner may be required to provide bank account information including but not limited to routing & account numbers. Must be an FDIC-insured financial institution.

      LIMIT: One (1) weekly Sweepstakes prize per person and per household for the entire Promotion. Allow 6-8 weeks from winner verification date for prize shipment. Prize components may ship separately.

    Instant Win Game Prizes

    Up to two hundred (200) Instant Win Game prizes are available per day during the Promotion Entry Period (limit one (1) Game Play per person/email address per day and five (5) Instant Win Game prizes per person for the entire Promotion). Daily Instant Win Game Prizes will be awarded as follows (except as noted below for 7/4/26, when a different prize mix will apply). The following prizes will be randomly seeded each day:

    • Forty (40) – $1.00 off product digital coupon.
    • Sixty-five (65) – Ferrero Branded scarf (ARV: $6.00).
    • Thirty-five (35) – Ferrero Branded soccer ball (ARV: $12.50).

    All Promotion prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any prize details not specified herein will be determined in Sponsor's sole discretion. If any prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value. The ARV of any Instant Win Game Prizes listed above is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules, and the date the prize is awarded. If the actual purchase price of a prize is less than the ARV stated herein, the prize winner will NOT be entitled to a check, cash or other form of payment for the price difference. A complete mailing address may be required for prize shipment. Mailing address must be a physical address (no P.O. Boxes). Winners are responsible for all state, federal, and local taxes and fees, including but not limited to bank fees relating to the acceptance and/or use of prize(s) awarded, if applicable. Allow 6-8 weeks for prize shipment within the contiguous United States, including Alaska and Hawaii following winner verification; 21-25 weeks for shipment within Puerto Rico. Instant Win Game Prizes are awarded "as is" and any and all warranties and/or guarantees (if any) shall be subject to the manufacturers'/suppliers' terms; therefore, winners agree to look solely to such manufacturer(s)/supplier(s) for any such warranty(s) and/or guarantee(s), if any. Actual Instant Win Game prizes awarded may vary from those that are depicted in advertising materials with Sponsor and Administrator disclaiming any and all liability in conjunction therewith. Where not specified, Sponsor shall determine all features and properties of Instant Win Game Prizes. Sponsor shall not be responsible for lost or stolen prizes, or any part thereof (the preceding expressly includes any payment of Grand Prize via wire transfer), or any issues arising out of or in connection with winner's use of a prize, or any part thereof. Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize. RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PRIZE(S) OR ANY ACTIVITY RELATED TO THE PRIZE(S) OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF WINNER'S ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE(S).

    Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes or to accommodate unforeseeable changes in the administration of the sweepstakes.

  7. General Rules:

    The decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Automated submissions are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification. An individual participant may not enter using multiple/hidden/randomly assigned email address or multiple mailing addresses or phone numbers, nor use any other device or artifice to register beyond the entry limitation set forth in these Official Rules. An individual must enter on their own behalf. An individual may not enter for someone else. Any individual participant who attempts to register with multiple email addresses, under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to register multiple times in attempt to gain additional Sweepstakes Entries beyond the limit as stated in these Official Rules, will be disqualified and all of that participant's Entries will be void, in Sponsor's sole discretion. Multiple individuals are not permitted to share or enter using the same email address or enter by proxy on behalf of another individual. Incomplete, corrupted, mis-transcribed, or untimely Entries are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate Entrant information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the Entries. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, illegible, invalid, misdirected Entries/winner notification documents; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections which may limit participation; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user's computer/phone equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. Proof of Entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt or proof of entry by Sponsor or Administrator. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Sweepstakes Entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the participant. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and in the event of cancellation, all verified, claimed prizes will be awarded prior to cancellation and the remaining prizes may go unawarded; however, to the extent feasible, Sponsor shall endeavor to make all prizes available to be won in a manner that is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

    WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW; SHOULD ANY SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE; SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

    Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the Sweepstakes process, and/or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; to violate the Official Rules; or, to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect Entries and (a) modify the Sweepstakes or suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prizes claimed prior to cancellation with the remaining prizes remaining unawarded.

  8. Release of Liability:

    As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree and acknowledge (and agree to confirm in writing, if required) that they:

    1. Release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, participating retailers, prize providers, promotion and advertising agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Promotion Parties") from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize;
    2. Agree that under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (if any), and waives any right to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased;
    3. Agree that all causes of action arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and
    4. Agree that any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), excluding attorneys' fees and court costs.

    By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting any prize, Entrant agrees that the Promotion Parties shall have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless from, any bodily injury, loss, or damage of any kind to persons (including death) or property, whether direct or indirect, arising in whole or in part from Sweepstakes participation, submission of an entry, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or prize component, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or travel to or from any prize-related activity, or from any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or in the announcement or offering of any prize. Entrant further represents and warrants that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

  9. Publicity

    Except where prohibited by law, winners grant (and agrees to confirm this grant in writing, if requested) permission for Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use their name, photograph, and/or likeness, for advertising and publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time limitations and without compensation.

  10. Binding Arbitration:

    Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Promotion, Entrant agrees that:

    1. Any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, its Sweepstakes or Game, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest to the Entrant;
    2. The Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and
    3. Judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

    THE ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH SHALL BE IN THE ENTRANT'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.   11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

    The Sweepstakes and the Official Rules shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Jersey, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Entrants submit to exclusive personal jurisdiction in New York and agree that any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts in New York. You agree that:

    1. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of New York;
    2. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney's fees; and
    3. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you waive the right to claim any damages, whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages.

    All Entrants expressly agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or relating in any way to this Sweepstakes, or these Official Rules must be brought only in the federal or state courts located in New York, and Entrants' consent to the mandatory and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts with respect to any such legal proceedings. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES; AS A RESULT, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND THE FOREGOING PARAGRAPHS SHALL NOT APPLY TO A RESIDENT OF NEW JERSEY TO THE EXTENT DAMAGES TO SUCH NEW JERSEY RESIDENT ARE THE RESULT OF SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR'S NEGLIGENT, FRAUDULENT OR RECKLESS ACT(S) OR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT., including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages.

  12. Privacy:

    Sponsor collects personal information from participants before and after Sweepstakes Entry (and for when they may be deemed a winner of the Sweepstakes) for use in administration of the Sweepstakes. The information collected is subject to the Privacy Policy located at https://www.ferreronorthamerica.com/privacy-policy-us. If you are selected as a winner, your information may also be included in a publicly-available list of winners.

  13. Winner's List:

    To receive a list of winners who won a prize valued at $25 or greater, send an email to: winners@ampagency.com with "Go All In Winners" as the subject line. Requests must be received by 9/19/2026. Winners list will be sent after prizes have been awarded.

  14. Severability:

    If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.

  15. Use of Trademarks:

    The use of a third-party trademark in connection with any prizes being awarded in this Promotion is for the purposes of prize description only and such use is not intended to suggest or imply sponsorship, endorsement, or the approval of this Promotion.
